a beautiful house with land and sea views

In La Ferruja, Los Realejos, just a stone’s throw from all amenities, lies a plot of almost one thousand square metres featuring gardens, fruit trees, a car park and two buildings with enormous potential. The main house, measuring ninety-three metres, offers four bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with breathtaking sea views. Its roof terrace offers a unique 360-degree panorama, stretching from the green mountains to the entire northern coastline. In addition, a second building, measuring 107 metres, is waiting to be renovated to open up a range of possibilities: a guest house, a studio, or a rental property? Although it requires refurbishment, the layout, the natural light and the windows opening out onto the sea and the garden lend a touch of magic to every room. All this for 275,500 euros – an opportunity hard to beat for those seeking space, views and potential in the north.
