Family home with a large garage, courtyard and roof terrace in La Laguna

There are houses where having a study means giving up a bedroom. Or where storing two cars, bicycles and all the things a family accumulates ends up becoming a problem.

This house in the Atlántida housing estate is designed precisely for the opposite: to have real space.

Situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end residential street with very little traffic, it boasts 373 m² of floor space on a 158 m² plot, spread over two living floors, a huge semi-basement and an accessible roof terrace.

On the main floor, you’ll find the living room and a second lounge, both facing the exterior façade; a separate kitchen with a pantry and a sunroom; a toilet; a full bathroom with a shower cubicle; and a study with fitted wardrobes which, given its size, could easily be used as a double bedroom.
The patio is accessed directly from this floor.

The upper floor comprises the main sleeping area, with three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all with fitted wardrobes, as well as a full bathroom with a bath.
In the centre of the floor is a hallway naturally lit by a skylight.

And there is still one of the property’s key distinguishing features to mention.

The semi-basement has a floor area of 136 m², offering a huge garage with space for two cars parked end-to-end and plenty of additional space, as well as a bedroom and a toilet.

This is a particularly attractive space for a family with several cars, bicycles, sports equipment, tools or significant storage requirements. Or for setting up market stalls.

Finally, the property has a private accessible roof terrace, complete with a solar panel and unobstructed views of the city, the sea and the mountains.

The different floors are connected by wide and comfortable internal staircases.
The property is in good overall condition. It retains a traditional aesthetic, allowing new owners to move in straight away and gradually update it to suit their tastes.

A peaceful life without being cut off from everything
The Atlántida housing development is situated in La Cuesta, within the Santa Cruz–La Laguna metropolitan area.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering a particularly peaceful setting with little traffic, yet just about a minute’s walk from one of the area’s main roads, providing quick access to shops, transport and everyday amenities.
A particularly convenient location for those who need to travel regularly between Santa Cruz and La Laguna and stay well connected to the rest of the island.

A home where every member of the family can have their own space, without sacrificing the convenience of staying connected to the city.
